Alma Mater accepts credit/debit cards issued by:

Gift cards issued by any of the above credit card companies are also accepted.
Credit cards and gift cards issued by any of the above companies are not charged until your order is shipped. If your order contains multiple items that ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
Sales tax will be charged in accordance with state and local laws, and will be calculated using your shipping address. The sales tax amount listed during checkout is only an estimate.
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards. However, applicable sales tax may be applied when the gift card is used.

- Standard Shipping: 4 to 10 business days (including processing time). Please note, we process and ship Monday - Friday only.
- Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories
We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. We’ll also send a notification once your order is on its way.
At this time, Alma Mater does not ship to addresses outside the United States.
If you’re not happy with your Alma Mater purchase for any reason, you may return unworn item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a full refund. Please email our customer service at email@example.com.
If the product is returned outside of the 45-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Alma Mater will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise. Any marked down items are FINAL SALE.
Refund Process and Timing
Alma Mater processes most returns within 30 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
